Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends.
  • Shipping for U.S. customers is a flat rate of $7.
  • Preorders ship in 4-6 weeks. If your order includes a preorder item, all items will ship together when the preorder item arrives. To have your items shipped separately, select “PreOrder Separate Shipping” at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Additional customs fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country, depending on location.
  • For Canada customers: UPS customs fees are waived when selecting UPS Worldwide Saver at checkout for orders valued under 150 CAD.
  • If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, the package will be returned to us. Once received, we will refund the order amount (excluding shipping costs).
  • International shipping can take 7-21 business days, not including order processing time of 1-4 days. Delivery times may be extended due to customs processes in the destination country. Faiza Garba is not responsible for any delays or additional fees incurred during customs.
